Neither me nor DaxHordes are resposible for a total brick, please, read well the whole tutorial, and once you understood it, begin the process. You must use the appropiate Update for your PSP. Don't try it with permanent TN-D with recovery, because the flash protection is always activated, and it would brick your PSP.
Improvements:
- The application has been improved by Punker69
- The homebrew can be started from XMB
- If you don't use the correct update, the PSP will return to XMB. What means, if the PSP has a semibrick it will crash but won't start the update (It's safer)
This tutorial will show you how to repair a semi-bricked PSP with CFW and permanent PRO-B4, even if the PSP has non-hackable motherboard.
You don't need Recovery Flasher and the risk is the same than in a usual update. What do you need?
A slim or fat PSP with CFW and recovery or
any PSP, any model, with permanent PRO-B4

A M2 memory in PSP GO! and a usual Memory Stick with any other PSP
The 6.35 Update for PSP, and PSP GO

You must disable every plugin, but if you erase the "seplugins" folder it will be better.
Connect the PSP via USB. If it's already semibricked, do it through recovery menu.
Extract the pack in the PSP's Memory Stick or M2 memory
Rename the update to OFW.PBP and put it in UPDATE folder, wich is in PSP/GAME
Start recovery menu and select "launch PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP" option.
Then, this will appear

Push and this will happen

A few seconds later, 6.35 Update will start, install it normally.
Then you will have your PSP in 6.35 and without the semibrick
